MAINTENANCE BY EFFECTIVE HEAT INSULATION SYSTEMS OF THE MODERN CRYOGENIC EQUIPMENT

Abstract

Parameters of the cryogenic equipment frequently directly depend on quality of used in it heat insulation systems. The big attention give for development and perfection of such systems at the known enterprise — JSC «Cryogenmash» (Balashikha of Moscow area). Characteristics of circulite sand as the most claimed heat insulation material of cryogenic air separation plants and others equipment are resulted. It is informed about development of new specifications on this type of heat insulation and the organizations of the control of its quality. It is paid attention to growth of use in the cryogenic equipment of new kinds of heat insulation on a basis of foamed rubbers. The list of the equipment in which is expedient to apply laminated-vacuum heat insulationis is resulted.
