PREVENTION OF ACCIDENTS AND GAS LOSSES CAUSED BY EQUIPMENT CORROSION AT THE TECHNOLOGICAL LINE OF CLEANING NEON-HELIUM MIXTURES

In the plant to extract neon and helium from neon-helium mixture there is intensive corrosion of the union coupling of stove of catalytic burning-out of hydrogen and entrance areas of gas pipes of water refrigerators. The reasons and mechanisms of corrosion of gas highway of water refrigerators leading to an emergency stop system, studied the shortcomings of the technological scheme, leading to losses of the gas mixture, are studied. The estimation of economic damage is done from corrosion of refrigerators and technological losses of gas. The methods of decline of intensity of destruction of metal are worked out. Taking into account it the construction of new heat exchanger is created, and changes in the technological scheme, allowing to increase the reliability of the cleaning line neon-helium mixture and reduce its losses are brought in.
