PERFECTION NITROGEN STATIONS WITH GAS SEPARATION MEMBRANE BLOCKS

Abstract

Last years increase of demand for the equipment for manufacture of nitrogen from air is observed. Most often for this purpose are used membrane gas separation blocks. Industrial group «Tegas» is a leader in the production of nitrogen units and stations on the territory of Russia and CIS countries. Station TGA manufactured in several variants of execution: self-propelled, modular configuration nitrogen compressor stations, fixed nitrogen units. Produced nitrogen units and stations are allowed increase in their capacity at 60 % at the same installed capacity, mass and dimensions. The characteristics of a wide range of modular configuration and self-propelled nitrogen stations with using compressors of own or foreign manufacture are considered.
