Abstract

Production volumes of technical or industrial gases as well as production of special machinery are objective indicators of the technical level and the state of the economy. These gases remain in demand even during the recession and depression, which was confirmed by the beginning of the 90s, as well as 2008 and 2009 in Russia. It is shown both in the difficult situation of market formation in Russia a new production of company «NII KM» was developing from zero.
