Abstract

JSC «Cryogenmash» is the leading manufacturer of air separation plants (ASP) in Russia that improves the equipment on a regular basis. The examples of new circuit designs, modifications in the devices and units design, their production process, new capabilities of the control and monitoring system are given. The decisions on the plants diagrams modifications are taken based on a thorough thermodynamic analysis of various versions, as to the devices design modifications — based on the results of commissioning, monitoring of a number of produced plants and the experience of its own ASP running. The modifications purpose consists in reduction of the equipment power consumption and price, improvement of reliability, maintenance and control.
