USE OF LIQUEFIED AND COMPRESSED GASES AS A MOTOR FUEL: THE CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS

The Thirteenth International Gas Business Forum and the exhibition «The World of Liquefied and Compressed Gases-2013» were held in Kiev on April, 17-19th, 2013. The organizer of the exhibition was Kiev exhibition company «MEDVIN». The event has gathered around 45 companies from 8 countries of the world. It has shown that in Ukraine there is a capacious market of gas fuel and the necessary equipment which segments are occupied by both domestic and foreign manufacturers. Many companies offered modern complete sets and corresponding services for re-equipment of motor vehicles for liquefied hydrocarbon gas or compressed natural gas; motor vehicle electronics; gas cylinder equipment; compressors and motor vehicle gas-filling compressor stations. The exhibition and the business forum will promote wider use of gas as a motor fuel, formation of the market of high-quality equipment and services in this business field.
