Abstract

Problems of a raw complex for light noble gases production are considered — neon and helium. Possibility of obtaining additional gas products volumes on the productions non equipped with classical mixture enrichment means is shown. Possibility of «poor» neon-helium concentrate enrichment which is selected in blocks of air separation units KAr-15, KtA-16/18, KdAd-15/12 in the form of 1…2 % a product is studied. Results of Ne-He mixture primary concentrator experimental research are presented. Options of specified device design are considered. Economic feasibility of concentrate enrichment extent increase taking into account transportation costs and expenses in the adsorption block is defined.
