Neon isotopes are valuable gases used in high-technology. Their manufacture requires substantial improvement. Dependence of the extraction ratio of isotopes as end products on the composition of fractions obtained in the rectification column has been researched. The height of the contact space equivalent to one theoretical plate has been determined. Schematic solutions, providing a multi-stage separation of neon into isotopes 20Ne and 22Ne in a single column are presented. Examples of the technological sequence of extraction of products with an isotopic concentration of more than 99,99 % are given in the paper. The time required to produce a given amount of isotopic components at various reflux ratios and loads of the column from 20 to 80 % is calculated.
