INFORMATION FOR PRODUCERS AND CONSUMERS OF AIR SEPARATION PRODUCTS

The eleventh International workshop on the actual problem of improving the efficiency and safety production of air separation products (Odessa, October 4-8, 2010) brought together 110 experts from 85-th enterprises and companies from the 11-th states. In the work of the workshop have taken part the manufacturers of equipment and those who use it to extract oxygen, nitrogen and argon from air that necessary for ensuring of modern industries and technologies by them. At the workshop were also presented the companies work in gas business. The workshop organizer is the Ukrainian Association of manufacturers of Industrial Gases «UA-SIGMA». The workshop presented and discussed 25 reports in which there was characteristic of the state and prospects for development of manufactures of air separation products were learnt and discussed at the workshop, the results of research and design-engineering work on the problem questions of the workshop are stated. The active and interested perception of information, contacts with experts have allowed to participants of the workshop to increase qualification, to receive the necessary recommendations for the further perfection of the equipment and arrangements. The content of reports is considered. The conclusion about the importance of carrying out of the workshop in connection with the anticipated growth in demand for air separation products after overcoming the crisis in the economy, and also presenting the higher requirements to be achieved by the level of effectiveness and safety of air separation plants.Downloads
