METHODOLOGICAL AND SUBSTANTIVE PROBLEMS OF A FOREIGN LANGUAGE LESSON IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

The article considers methodological and substantive problems of a foreign language lesson for children of preschool age and identifies features that distinguish it from the lesson in elementary school. It outlines the basic psychophysiological characteristics of preschoolers as well as determines the structure of a language lesson, the priority ways of organizing work on the formation of foreign language communicative competence.
