INFLUENCE OF MUSIC ON THE PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITION OF STUDENTS

In the article, considered is the problem of influence of music of some composers on the psychological health of students who study at a specialized sporting school. The features of the teaching are described. Character of influence of music, created by the composers of different historical epoches on the psychophysiolological state of students is highlighted. The opportunity of use of music at PT lessons, competitions, exhibitions and other school activities is considered. The limitation in relation to the use of separate pieces of music are also set out.
