Peer Review Process

                                        Ethic obligations of reviewer

  1. All editorial board members are reviewers.
  2. The reviewer should behave with the article manuscript, presented by the author (AMI) for publication in the journal, as with confidential document.
  3. The reviewer shall not use or disclose unpublished information, arguments, or interpretations contained in this manuscript, unless there is a consent of the author (s). However, when such information indicates that some of their own reviewer research may be inconclusive, the reviewer does not contradict the ethical standards.
  4. The reviewer should objectively assess the quality of the manuscript, its experimental and theoretical parts, interpretation and presentation, as well as to take into account whether the work is highly scientific and literary standards. The reviewer should respect the intellectual independence of the author (s).
  5. The reviewer needs to adequately explain and substantiate his judgment so that the members of the editorial board and the author (s) can understand what his remarks are based on. Any claim that the observation, opinion or argument has been previously published should be accompanied by the appropriate link.
  6. The reviewer must mark any manifestations of incomplete quoting from the work of other scholars who are directly related to the work being reviewed. The reviewer should pay attention to the members of the editorial board for significant similarity between the manuscript and any published article or any manuscript, simultaneously presented to another edition.
  7. The reviewer should not assess the manuscript if it has personal or professional relationships with the author (i) and if such relationships can affect an impartial judgment of the manuscript.
  8. If the editorial board does not have a consensus in the possibility of publishing the presented article, it reserves the right to appoint an independent reviewer.
  9. Reviewer must timely provide feedback

The magazine "Balanced natue using" is a scientific and practical review magazine on topical problems of ecology and nature management. The journal is aimed at expanding the framework of scientific researches by engaging authors who work at the intersection of disciplines: Economics and ecology, economy and agricultural sciences, etc.

The co-founders are the Institute of Agroecology and Environmental Sciences of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine and limited liability company "Ecoinvestcom".

Ethical commitments of the editorial board of the journal

  1. Editorial Board (hereinafter the Editorial Board) is responsible for everything that is published in the journal. All manuscripts submitted for publication are carefully selected and reviewed. The editorial board reserves the right to reject the article or to return it for revision. The author shall rework the article in accordance with the remarks of reviewers or editorial board.
  2. The editorial board without prejudice examines all the manuscripts submitted to the publication, assessing each properly, in spite of racial, religious, national affiliation, and the status or workplace of the author (s).
  3. The editorial board of makes fair and unbiased decision, not dependent on commercial or other interests, and provides an honest review process.
  4. The editorial board may reject the manuscript without review, if it considers that the work is not consistent with the journal profile.
  5. The editorial board states that it is necessary to exclude falsification, plagiarism and self-plagiarism, submitting the author works of the same content in more than one edition, multiple copies of such information in various articles, erroneous attribution of authorship and introduction Public with regard to the true contribution of the author (s) to the publication.
  6. The editorial board has the right to remove even the published article, in case of finding out violation of secrets rights or generally accepted norms of scientific ethics. The author, who provided the article and the organization where the work was performed, informs about the fact that the editorial board article was extracted.
  7. The editorial board members should not provide any information to others about the content of manuscript pending, except individuals who participate in the professional assessment of this manuscript. After a positive decision, the article is published in Journal and placed on the relevant electronic resources.
  8. It is allowed to distribute any articles from the magazine or lifts from the electronic networks, but in this case the link to the source is obligatory. It is prohibited to release and/or distribute the magazine materials by third parties or organizations on paper and electronic media.
  9. In accordance with international law in respect of copyright compliance with electronic information resources, the journal site materials may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any form (electronic or printing) without prior Written consent of the author (s) and editorial board. Using published materials in the context of other documents requires reference to the source.
  10. The editorial board members, the author (s) and the reviewers should announce their interests, which may affect their objectivity in the editing and review of manuscript articles (case of conflict of interest). Such can be financial, personal, political, religious interests and interests of intellectual plan.

Ethical commitments of the author (s)

  1. The author (s) of the manuscript article bears personal responsibility for the content of the article and for the fact of their publication. The primary responsibility of the author (s) is to provide an accurate report of the survey, as well as an objective discussion of its significance.
  2. The results of the study conducted by the author (AMI) and submitted for publication in the journal shall be presented in accordance with the current legislation and ethical norms.
  3. The author (s) must have their research result to lay out clearly and unequivocally, so that his findings could be confirmed by other scientists, without forgery of receiving data or manipulating them.
  4. The author (s) should cite those publications which had a defining effect on the essence of the work that was taught, as well as those that can quickly acquaint readers with earlier works that are important for understanding this study. With the exception of reviews, it is necessary to minimize citation of works that are not directly related to the generated message. It is necessary to properly reference the sources of fundamentally important materials used in the article manuscript.
  5. The author (s) must comply with the requirements of the editorial board to articles. Inadmissible is introducing plagiarism as original work and submitting to the publication of previously published articles. In cases of plagiarism detection the responsibility is borne by the author (s) of the materials provided.
  6. Experimental or theoretical research may occasionally be the basis for another researcher's criticism. In this case, published articles may contain similar criticism. However, in any case, personal criticism cannot be considered appropriate.
  7. The authors of the article should be those who made significant scientific contribution to the presented work and who shared the responsibility for the results. Other contributions should be marked in notes or under "Gratitude ". The author, who submits the manuscript to the publication, is responsible for being included in the list of collaborators, and only those individuals who meet the criteria of authorship. In an article written by several authors, the author, who submits to the editorial office The contact information, documents and correspondence with the editors, assumes responsibility for the consent of the other authors of the article on its publication in the journal.
  8. The author (s) should report to the editorial board of any potential conflict of interest, for example, consulting or financial interests, which would influence the publication of the results contained in the manuscript. The author (s) must ensure the absence of contractual relationships or reasons for ownership that could affect the publication of information.

A magazine "Balanced nsture management" is the research and practice criticized magazine from the issues of the day of ecology and природокористування. A magazine is sent to expansion of scopes of scientific researches by bringing in to the publication of authors that work on the joint of disciplines : economy and ecology, economy and agricultural sciences and others like that.
