Scientific fundamentals of economic regulation of rational agricultural land use

The article has highlighted methodological approaches to the economic regulation of ecologically safe agricultural land use, taking into account the requirements of the state system, regardless of the social system. The understanding of rational land use to achieve ecologically balanced nature use has formulated. The most important methodical approaches to the economic regulation of land use, which are based on conceptual provisions in solving environmental and organizational problems taking into account market transformations, have proposed. This allows us to state that land use contributes to the development of positive ecological processes and is economically expedient. The determining the amount of compensation for losses associated with management on agricultural land of poorer soil quality has substantiated.
