A theoretical description of the energy spectrum of paired nucleons states of a nucleus modeled by an even-even core plus two valence nucleons in the outer shell is carried out within the framework of the adiabatic three-particle nucleus model. The problem of obtaining the energy spectrum of an even-even nucleus is divided into two stages: (1) the calculation of the energy spectrum in the assumption of a spherically symmetrical nucleus field; (2) the determination of the spectrum of a deformed nucleus in the first approximation of the perturbation theory method on the deformation parameter β<<1, the solutions of the spherically symmetrical problem being taken as the zeroth approximation. The model efficiency is illustrated on the example of the numerical calculations of the energy spectrum of the lower excited levels of the even-even 40Ca and 200Hg nuclei, whose outer shell contains two nucleons.
