On the problem of invariance of subsystem of the curl Maxwell equations and the conservation laws

The unitary nonlocal representation of the Poincare group, with respect to which both the complete system of free equations and subsystem of curl Maxwell equations arc invariant, is found. The conservation laws, which correspond to the obtained nonlocal representation, are calculated by the Noether theorem and Lagrangian in the terms of field strengths.
