Organizational and Legal Aspects of Improving Strategic Communications in Public Authorities’ Activities
Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature and the norms of current legislation, the article identifies the means to improve existing communications between governmental bodies and the civil society as well as considers the features of information interaction under the conditions of a hybrid war.
