ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF INTERACTION OF STATES IN THE GLOBAL INFORMATION SPACE
Abstract
Peculiarities of the interaction of states in the global information space and the legal basis of this interaction are investigated, availability of information in all spheres of state and interstate level is given, which requires implementing appropriate measures and development of legal frameworks.
