INFORMATION POTENTIAL TO NEUTRALIZE STRESSFUL PHENOMENA AMONG THE UKRAINIAN POPULATION IN A SPECIAL PERIOD
Abstract
The article outlines main trends in significant public information resources application, primarily electronic, as well as materials of library funds that reflect the mindset of the Ukrainian people, reference literature that record important elements of the sub consciousness, folk literature, which can alleviate stress in the circumstances of the russian-ukrainian war. The application of these resources as tools in the conditions of the military situation weight affecting the consciousness of the population of Ukraine is considered.
