Сучасний підхід до масажної терапії: оновлений погляд на давню практику

The modern approach to massage therapy is a clinically oriented multimodal treatment (manual therapy, treatment and patient education) that is based on the biopsychosocial model of health and illness. At the present stage, due to its powerful effect on the body, massage therapy is quite widely and successfully used in various fields of medicine (traumatology, surgery, therapy, gynecology, neurology, etc.) and can be considered as a powerful tool for quick recovery not only in civil, and in military medicine. Therefore, at the present time there is a need for a generalized analysis and approaches to the systematization of the methodological foundations of the functioning of massage therapy.
