Abstract

Physical therapy programs for people with knee joint damage were analyzed. Added information on the structuring and content of the physical therapy program after arthroscopy with damage to the capsular-ligamentous apparatus of the knee joint. The methods of connective tissue massage and self-massage are substantiated and their influence on body systems is determined.
