The article deals with professional and pedagogical activity of teacher of technological education and different methods of analysis: documents of teachers’ activity, self-controlling of working time, context analysis, interviewing (professionals, school leaders, experts, students). The model of micro-social profile of technology teacher qualification is suggested, where the key, basic and professional competence and relationships with other professionals are given
