The pathomorphological changes of beef that obtained from young cattle II category of fatness and lean are shown. Marked The destruction of muscle tissue (necrotic changes in the form of fragmentation, lysis of muscle fibers, presence of brown pigment lipofuscin in the individual fibers) are marked at sarcocystis. Much of sarcocystis has undergone degeneration in slaughter products near the not changed, accompanied by inflammatory processes and cell infiltration
