Analysis of satisfaction influence of basic needs of heads of preschools for development of professional motivation

The basic needs of heads of preschools are analyzed in the article. The results of empirical research on the satisfaction of basic needs of heads of preschools are shown. The opportunities to meet the basic needs of heads of pre-schools and their impact on the motivation of professional activity are identified
