We have proposed modern classification of industrial fermenters with the introduction of mechanical energy by mixing devices and contained analyses of specific multiphase flow system, based on the analysis of oxygen mass transfer processes in the processes of aerobic cultivation allows to calculate basic parameters of typical groups of devices
