The article is focused on the features of the research work culture of teacher with scientific communication text as an integral part of scientific and methodical work in a secondary school. There are characterized some aspects of formation text, genre, stylistic, terminological, lexicographical, bibliographical culture of teacher that contributes to the development of personal position and speaking individuality of the author of scientific product
