Development of postgraduate pedagogical education in Ukraine (70-80 years of the twentieth century)

The main factors which induce postgraduate pedagogical education to reformation and modernization are described in the article. The necessity of having resort to national historical experience of postgraduate teachers training is grounded. The peculiarities of development of postgraduate pedagogical education in the late of twentieth century are defined. The fact that postgraduate pedagogical education had strategic character in 70-80 years of the twentieth century and it led to changes of its functions and further development is proved
