The problem of freedom in the polish romanticism in the light of all-european context of an epoch

The article attempts to reveal the peculiarities of the problem of freedom interpretation by the Polish romanticism thinkers of late 18th and early 19th centuries.
The author suggests an approach to the study of philosophical foundations of romanticism as a whole, and the problem of freedom, in particular, which successively throws the light on the ways of formation, theoretical, cultural and historical sources of the doctrine, elaboration of its certain ideas both on the territory of Poland and from the point of view of all-European tradition
