Abstract

The effects of translocations 1AL/1RS, 1BL/1RS on baking quality of bread winter wheat varieties were investigated. It was established the genetic features of manifestation of grain quality parameters depending on interaction of genotypes with translocations 1AL/1RS, 1BL/1RS and environmental conditions. There were identified the variability of baking quality due to variation the ratio of gluten proteins in varieties with 1AL/1RS, 1BL/1RS at different levels of protein content in grain
