В настоящей статье рассматривается методика оценивания сложности учебных пособий для средних школ Азербайджана с помощью формул удобочитаемости, модифицированных для азербайджанского языка. Анализируется динамика изменения уровня удобочитаемости учебников при переходе от младших классов к старшим, а также соответствие сложности учебных материалов возрастным особенностям обучающихся
