Аналіз формування успішної особистості

В статті розкрито лідерські якості як передумову формування успішної особистості. Визначено зміст поняття лідерства та проаналізовано наукові праці з лідерських якостей. Визначено необхідність дослідження лідерських якостей саме серед студентської молоді. Створено типологію лідерства та структуру лідерських якостей, яка містить: індивідуально-психологічні особливості особистості, соціально-комунікативні особливості особистості, узагальнені психологічні особливості особистості
