Наноэлектроника «снизу – вверх»: роль электростатики и контактов

В рамках концепции «снизу – вверх» наноэлектроники рассматривается диффузионно-дрейфовая модель тока на основе транспортного уравнения Больцмана. Роль внешнего электрического поля при выходе за пределы режима линейного отклика, полевой транзистор и ток насыщения, роль заряжания проводника, точечная и расширенная модели проводника, роль контактов, модели p – n переходов, генерация тока в проводнике с асимметричными контактами
