Особливості ремоделювання міокарда у хворих на ішемічну хворобу серця, коморбідну з неалкогольною жировою хворобою печінки

Мета роботи полягала у встановленні особливостей серцевого ремоделювання, систолічної та діастолічної функції серця у хворих на ішемічну хворобу серця, поєднану з неалкогольною жировою хворобою печінки. Виявлено, що на тлі неалкогольної жирової хвороби печінки у хворих на ішемічну хворобу серця спостерігається дилатація та концентрична гіпертрофія міокарда, збільшення кількості хворих з діастолічною та систолічною дисфункціями лівого шлуночка
