В работе представлены результаты исследований образцов виноматериалов ООО «ПТК Шабо». Образцы оценивались по соотношениям физико-химических показателей. Соотношение «спирт/глицерин» в представленных образцах совпадает по диапазону с винами, произведенными в Австралии, Чили, Аргентине, ЮАР. Высоким уровнем фенольных соединений отличались виноматериалы из винограда сортов Рислинг рейнский, Шардоне, Тельти-Курук, Ркацители и Пино Нуар
