В статье представлено исследование пребиотической активности препаратов ксилоолигосахаридов in vitro, полученных путём ограниченного ферментативного гидролиза пшеничных и ржаных отрубей, согласно результатам которого препараты КОС, показавшие высокое стимулирующее действие на рост пробиотических культур, сравнимое с классическим пребиотиком лактулозой, можно рекомендовать для включения в состав функциональных продуктов, предназначенных для коррекции микрофлоры кишечника
