Супероксиддисмутаза та каталаза крові: активність ферментів в умовах оксидативного стресу

Активність каталази та супероксиддисмутази залежала не лише від сполук ренію, що використовувалися, а і від їх просторової будови та форми введення. Встановлено, що цис- та транс-ізомери комплексних сполук ренію чинили різноспрямовану дію на активність супероксиддисмутази та каталази. Цис-дикарбоксилати диренію узгоджено підвищували активність супероксиддисмутази та каталази. В той час як при дії транс-дикарбоксилатів, там де збільшувалася активність супероксиддисмутази, зменшувалася активність каталази
