У статті описано педагогічний експеримент із перевірки ефективності розробленої автором моделі розвитку творчого потенціалу вчителя в умовах Центру освітніх інновацій інституту післядипломної педагогічної освіти. Розкрито особливості кожного етапу експериментального дослідження. Особлива увага приділяється інтерпретації отриманих результатів та перевірці їхньої статистичної значущості
