General Terms and Conditions

Types of manuscripts accepted for consideration: original research articles, review articles, clinical cases.

The fact of publication in the "ScienceRise: Medical Science" is the placement of the Work on the website of the publisher TECHNOLOGY CENTER PC®, subject to the following conditions:

– The manuscript of the article has passed the full Regulations,

– The editorial board has made a positive decision on the possibility of publishing the manuscript of the article in the form of a Work (acceptance for publication has been made),

– The Publisher has received payment for the services provided in full.

A Work should be understood as a scientific article that has passed the full Regulations and is ready for publication or published in the journal.

The Regulations should be understood as a set of all works provided for by the publishing technological process, including the procedures of double-blind review, editing, translation of the Manuscript into English or checking the provided English version of the Manuscript, checking the list of references, to transform the Manuscript into a Work for the purpose of further publication of the Work subject to the fulfillment of the requirements for acceptance for publication.

By submitting the manuscript, the authors confirm its compliance with all the established requirements specified below:

  1. All requirements for the technical design of the text, including requirements for tables, figures, formulas, references in the text of the article, preparation of the list of references, provision of full information about the authors, etc., according to the rules for the author guidelines, have been met.
  2. All requirements for the substantive part of the article, including compliance with the structure of the manuscript and its content according to the rules for the author guidelines, have been met.
  3. The manuscript is not under consideration in any other journal, conference, etc.
  4. All authors of the manuscript have read its content. No copyrights have been violated. All authors of the article meet the authorship criteria.
  5. The material of the manuscript is unique and has not been published previously in whole or in part in the language in which the manuscript is sent to the editorial office of the "ScienceRise: Medical Science", as well as in any other language.
  6. Any conflict of interest is indicated in the text of the manuscript in the appropriate section.
  7. Any use of artificial intelligence is declared in the relevant section of the manuscript and such use corresponds to the list and scope of tasks that, in accordance with editorial policy, may be delegated to AI. The authors bear full responsibility for the final manuscript. Generative AI tools are not listed as authors and are not responsible for the final results.
  8. The authors of the manuscript have read the publisher's policy and these terms and conditions, which are listed on the "General Terms and Conditions" page.
  9. The authors have read the terms and conditions of payment for publication.

If the submitted Manuscript does not meet the requirements for technical and content design, the Manuscript will be returned to the authors for revision.

In the event of serious violations (manipulation, falsification, data fabrication, undisclosed use of artificial intelligence (AI), plagiarism, self-plagiarism, copyright infringement, violation of authorship criteria, etc.) at any stage of manuscript review, after acceptance for publication or after publication of the Work, as well as in the event of a violation of the obligations assumed by the author(s) when submitting the manuscript, related to their agreement with all requirements for design, submission of the manuscript of the article and payment and full responsibility in the event of violation of these requirements, actions will be taken in accordance with the publisher's policy and the terms of the License Agreement, including the policy of correction or withdrawal of articles, or publication on the site with an appropriate note about violation of publication ethics, withdrawal or correction.
