Роль інновацій у зміцненні економіки Азербайджану в умовах переходу до Індустрії 5.0: на прикладі порівняльного аналізу показників деяких країн Євразії

Анотація

Об'єктом дослідження є інноваційні перетворення в контексті переходу Азербайджану до Індустрії 5.0. Інноваційний розвиток не тільки зміцнює національну економіку, а й створює передумови для виходу конкурентоспроможної промислової продукції та послуг на світові ринки в умовах переходу до Індустрії 5.0. Інноваційні перетворення можливі лише за умови інвестицій як з боку держави та власних коштів промислових підприємств, так і шляхом залучення іноземного капіталу. У зв'язку з цим у роботі розглядаються показники як інноваційного розвитку Азербайджану, так й інвестиційні показники Азербайджану в порівнянні з аналогічними показниками низки країн Євразії в контексті переходу до Індустрії 5.0.

Для визначення інноваційних можливостей Азербайджану в контексті переходу до Індустрії 5.0 автори використовували як індекси інноваційного розвитку, так і статистичні показники промисловості інших країн Євразії. У роботі також розглядаються внутрішні та зовнішні фактори, що впливають на інноваційний розвиток Азербайджану та інвестиційну привабливість республіки. Дослідження показало, що великі інноваційні та інвестиційні проєкти на звільнених землях приваблюють іноземних інвесторів як з близького, так і з далекого закордоння. На особливу увагу заслуговують інвестиції з Організації тюркських країн (ОТС) – з Туреччини, Казахстану, Узбекистану, Киргизстану. Вони беруть активну участь у створенні «розумних міст», промислових об'єктів, транспортної інфраструктури та телекомунікацій, а також туристичних об'єктів. Інноваційний розвиток Азербайджану залежить від стратегії реалізації інноваційно-інвестиційних проєктів. Ця стратегія охоплює вдосконалення виробленої наукомісткої продукції та послуг; та розвиток високих технологій, особливо інформаційних. До таких напрямів належать створення та управління двома штучними супутниками Азербайджану, нафтохімічна промисловість, машинобудівна галузь. А також сектор інформаційних технологій, ІКТ-сектор, фармацевтична та косметична промисловість, що базуються на використанні унікальних рослин (шафран, лікарські олії з волоських горіхів, фундука, соки з незрілого винограду, листя інжиру) в процесі переходу до Індустрії 5.0.
