Анотація

Досліджено можливість застосування методології управління проектами до управління логістичною системою. У роботі дано визначення поняття продукту логістичної системи, виділені його ознаки і характеристики. Доведено, що логістична система є проектом, отже, можливо і доцільно застосовувати методологію управління проектами у створенні та управлінні логістичною системою.
