Features of human resource management in the social work management system

The article focuses on the issues of human resource management in the context of modern foreign policy challenges in Ukraine. The article theoretically considers the actual issues of the essence of the concept of "human resource management". Human resource management in the system of social work management, especially in times of war, requires taking into account a whole range of issues of employee adaptation to external and internal conditions of functioning and
development of the organization (forced displacement, remote control, mobilization of employees, etc.) Management in social work is aimed at developing strategies, collaborating with various stakeholders, managing resources and personnel, as well as evaluating and improving performance to achieve positive social change. The article reveals the peculiarities of social service personnel management and programmatic tasks set for social service providers. To overcome the problem areas of social services personnel management, the author points out the need to introduce integrated technologies, which may include fundraising strategies, development of education/training and staff support programs, optimization of the organizational structure and processes of anti-stress management. Effective management of social services personnel allows us to count on the development of high-quality social services in Ukraine, especially at the level of territorial communities, in rural areas, and in the de-occupied territories, where the need for such services is particularly urgent. The article places special emphasis on the characterization of the concept of "workplace well-being", which is part of the overall corporate culture. This system creates an environment for achieving satisfaction, helps employees to reveal their potential for the benefit of themselves and their organization.
