The aim of the article is to study the effectiveness of using tools and integration practices for psychosocial support of children and adolescents with various social needs, to determine the impact of these tools on this group of people, as well as recommendations for social workers and psychologists on the implementation and application of these tools in practice.
The article focuses on working with children and adolescents, as they are a socially vulnerable part of internally displaced persons. It is children who experience significant social and psycho-emotional difficulties associated with changing their living environment and usual circle of communication, especially if such migration is caused by war.
Practical measures are analyzed, and those that contribute to the fastest adaptation of internally displaced persons are highlighted: information support for displaced persons; measures aimed at protecting rights and legal assistance; measures aimed at psychological assistance and psycho-emotional relief, etc.
Taking into account the fact that to solve this problem, an interdisciplinary team is needed that can create a set of measures that will contribute to the psycho-physiological state of the individual. That is why this article will be useful for medical professionals, psychotherapists, psychologists, rehabilitation specialists, and social workers.
