Organizational culture and socio-psychological climate as a tool of personnel management in the system of social services in Ukraine

The article is devoted to the study of the role of organizational culture and socio-psychological climate as effective tools for personnel management in the social services system in Ukraine. In the current conditions of social and economic challenges facing the country, these factors are of particular importance for ensuring the quality of social services. Scientific approaches consider various theoretical approaches to the formation and development of organizational culture, which contributes to the creation of a favorable environment for social service workers.
Analysis of the literature on this topic allows us to identify key elements of organizational culture that can affect the effectiveness of institutions and institutions. An important part of the study is the study of the influence of socio-psychological climate on motivation, productivity and satisfaction of employees with their work. The importance of psychological support and creating a positive climate in the team is outlined for increasing the overall level of job satisfaction and reducing the level of professional burnout.
The article analyzes various methods and approaches to increasing the social cohesion of teams, and provides practical recommendations for heads of social services on optimizing management practices. The article aims to provide a solid foundation for further research in this area and to contribute to improving the efficiency of social services in Ukraine. The results of the study may be useful for practitioners, scholars, and politicians working in the field of social work and personnel management, as well as for developing strategies for the development of social services at the national and regional levels. As part of the analysis, practical recommendations are offered for improving organizational culture and psychological climate, which have the potential to increase the efficiency of social services and the level of social service provision in Ukraine.
