Abstract

The article presents a study of prebiotic activity of xylooligosaccharides in vitro, obtained by limited enzymatic hydrolysis of wheat and rye bran. The results showed a high prebiotic effect of XOS comparable with the classical prebiotic lactulose. It can be recommended as the functional supplement designed for t correction of microflora
