THE STRATEGY OF A SURVIVAL OF THE PRODUCERS OF TECHNICAL GASES IN CONDITIONS OF THE MARKET (ON AN EXAMPLE OF THE PLANT «URALTECHGAS»)

Abstract

In this article is shown how the narrowly specialized enterprise which was created in epoch of socialist economy, has survived and continued dynamically developing during lowering a level of industrial production in the country and crisis of all economy as a whole. To passed the repartition of the property, privatization, the plant was transformed into open joint-stock company, having redeemed the all share holding of the state. After receiving the complete independence, the labour collective has come to understanding that unique alternative of a survival in the market conditions, the source of plant’s stability and the reliance of its further development can be only conversion to market thinking, when main — priority to requirements of the buyers of plant’s  production. This market strategy practically was realized in the extension of plant’s assortment, implantation of the system of complex support of customers by the production and services. Now plant is one of the carrying on gaseous companies in Russia and CIS.
