In the article, the method of concept-based approach the representation notion-thesis and apparatus semantic networks for creating learning content in the professional computer training for people with vision impairments are submitted. These approaches make it possible to implement a technology training principles of individual and differential learning, teaching special management training and developmental education process subjects with impaired vision.
