PSYCHOLOGICAL FOLLOW-UP OF PERSONALITY INTEGRATION INTO EDUCATIONAL ЕNVIRONMENT

The article deals with the problem of theoretical study of the concept of psychological follow-up and the issue of integration of first-year students into educational environment in the conditions of current trends of education development; the importance of diagnostics of students’ personality qualities as one of the terms of effective psychological follow-up of first-year students is defined; the results of psychological diagnostics of student’s level of aspiration as a constituent of I-conception and psychological determinant of purposeful activity of a personality are presented.
