Abstract

The analysis of the parameters of gross charges, crop yield, farm profitability against the backdrop of the cost structure proves insufficient Manual rent payments in the system of land use in Ukraine. Increased financial security of land tenure, requires the involvement of scientifically based principles system and implementation of fees on rental basis, offers significant potential of ecological and economic mechanism flexibility for achieving sustainable land use.
