Abstract

This paper deals with methodological and theoretical foundations of natural environment optimization, including rational, scientifically grounded and technologically perfect utilization of natural resources, protection of natural systems, ie its protection from man-made pressures in various forms, and active scientifically grounded regulation of natural processes.
