Land Rent as an Object of Land Relations in Agricultural Sector

Abstract

This paper deals with theoretical aspects of land rent. The author has considered sources of rental income and business entities that receive it. The author has determined the role of land rent in rational land use both in developed countries and in Ukraine. The proposals for the improvement of land rent relations are formulated.
